|Recommended: YesDumb rules sometimes and too many hoodman kids around — Don't let your kids play outside unless your ready for them to be bullied.. and it gets really trashy near the waste management dumpsters . I'll go out there sometimes just to throw my garbage away and end up picking up other people's trash bags several of them sometimes 10 trash bags sitting outside of the dumpster babies diapers that are used all over have been sitting there for a while days sometreat. I'll tell my kids I'll buy them a treat if they help clean up around the dumpsters with me

|Recommended: YesBest complex ever — I have lived here for almost two years now, and I enjoy the community very much, it is quiet and peaceful. All the neighbors are very nice and everyone looks out for one another. It a very welcoming feeling here.
|Recommended: YesAll worth it — I thought so low of this place when I first moved in and for months down the line. I didn't realize how helpful the staff could be. The apartments are nice and spacious , you get huge rooms and bathrooms. They come with microwaves which is uncommon for most complexes. Utility bills are very cheap. If you need anything, The 3 ladies in the office are great. They helped me in ways I thought could never be resolved. I would recommend to all, and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I would definitely lease here again
