|Recommended: YesQuiet, Friendly Neighborhood — I have been looking for a large space for two people for awhile and this apartment is the best. This complex has the friendliest staff and neighbors. Maintenance does a wonderful job repairing problems in the apartment. I am so happy that the management allows pets and best of all the location fits my needs. The next time I move, it will not be another apartment but into a house. So, I plan to renew again and again.
|Recommended: YesThis apartment is above most in Denton, best Staff in the DFW area — For the price and location to almost everything, you can't help but to live here. The size of these 2 bed room apartments are a lot bigger and the price is very reasonable. The Staff pays close attention to stopping Noise and any other issues that may have and effect on your dwelling and surrounding area. Maintenance is the best to take care of your apartment by fixing your problems that day. Clean apartments roaches are practically non-existence, Management has the apartments sprayed when there is a hint of roaches. Come and enjoy
|Recommended: YesVery Good Good Staff — Nice staff, they are very helpful and friendly Environment is very well The only issue is to take actions for some residents who don't pick up after dog. Also, apartments close to entertainment will be a little noisy because children play around on weekends.

|Recommended: YesVery quaint units, good community, great staff — The apartments are pretty spacious and very fair priced for the size that they are, however we constantly hear our upstairs neighbor all the time but we manage with it fairly well. The pool is great, parking isn't hard to find, maintenance is amazing, management is professional and very friendly.
