|Recommended: YesAverage Place, Amazing Staff — Overall a nice place to live. Much better parking than the last place that I lived. It's best quality is the staff. Everyone is so great, and maintenance is the fastest I've experienced. The only downside is the relatively small rooms. We can barely fit a queen bed and a dresser in two of the three rooms. The non-master bedrooms seem to be geared towards children instead of adult men. We had to set our work-stations up in the living room, meaning we have no room for a couch or TV in there now. Would I recommend Absolutely, as long as the prices stay reasonably low, as they currently are. Thanks for all y'all do to make this place good.

|Recommended: YesOld buildings — These apartments are pretty nice with a caveat, the buildings are pretty old. The insulation in my second floor apartment couldn't allow the AC to keep it cool, many nights in the hot summer, my bedroom would be 8 degrees higher than the rest of the apartment. With a roommate and his guests and my own discomfort I couldn't keep the door open to combat the temperature. The windows didn't close with a good seal, so I spent a lot of time trying to come up with solutions to trying to sleep at 80 degrees at night during my year and a half there.
I would however recommend these apartments to you, my building may have been just an outlier, for the price and location, these apartments are a great choice for anyone working in the area, they're centrally located in the industrial area of Denton and are on a straight path towards downtown, opposite of the college crowd.
Much of the town is catered to those college students, this area is a bit cheaper as it's furthest as you can get from those apartments.
