|Recommended: YesOverall it's a good place to live. — It's usually pretty nice. It used to be a lot worse but the noise lever has gone down and with the removal of 5 or 6 dumpsters, that always seemed to be overflowing, the place looks a lot cleaner. The office staff and maintenance crew are excellent.
|Recommended: YesLoving our home — McKinney Park Apartments are a very nice and friendly place to live, a place to call home. the staff and maintenance are always on top of everything. they are very friendly and always willing to answer any questions you may have. Living here has been the best decision my husband and I have ever made. Thank you for always making us feel at home.
|Recommended: YesI have had no issues with this apartment complex — Very good quality complex for the price. My neighbors are polite and quiet, the lawns are mowed and watered regularly, and trash pickup is very convenient. Staff are attentive, and they communicate clearly and regularly anything you may need to know through email.

They work with me on scheduling for work orders around my special needs son, maintenance is quick and thorough. The office staff has always been helpful and very professional. The staff keeps the property up and definitely makes it feel like home, so much so I just renewed my lease to a 15-month agreement because I'm not ready to take a chance somewhere else when I know for a fact my family and I are at a property that takes pride in their community and takes care of their residents.
